Welcome to 2018!

So, yesterday, Little Bit and I headed out abut 6:40am.  Since we went south a couple weeks ago, we decided to head north.  This led us to stop a few miles east of McClouth Kansas.

It was a pretty cold morning and Little Bit let me know quite a few times.  Actually, at one point, my right hand was a bit sore.  Since my stroke, my joints really don't like the cold weather and I was warned about it.  Actually, it wasn't as bad as I thought that it would be but walking is still a bugger.

As much as we would have liked to get out today, freezing rain prevented that from happening so I actually slept in for the first time in a long time.
